French Biotech Tour California

March 15th-17th, 2010

UBIFRANCE organized a free event for Biotech companies specializing in the development of diagnostics and therapeutics for infectious diseases (small molecules, biologics and vaccines). The goal of the event is to increase collaboration between France and the United States.

***** Companies and organizations such as Sanofi-Aventis, Sanofi-Pasteur, Novartis, Merck, KKC, Advaxis, Sorrento Therapeutics, Vical and the Salk Institute participated in this year's event! *****

In addition to being a great networking opportunity, we were encouraging one-on-one meetings to increase international collaboration efforts.

Additionally, we introduced "FABS", a scientific seminar focused on infectious diseases at the Salk Institute in La Jolla on March 16th. Several prestigious French and American members of the scientific community were sharing their findings and taking part in panel discussions.
