During a two-hour presentation, Leeds, Director of the Adrian Leeds Group, LLC, will provide a basis from which one can accomplish his or her goals to invest in French real estate. She will give an overview of the property market in France and a description of what is involved in order to make a viable investment that will provide both pleasure and reward.
According to Leeds: “Many people dream of owning a pied-à-terre in Paris or home in the French countryside, but don’t know how to go about doing it. The French system is very different from the U.S. – there is no MLS for starters – and there are many pitfalls if you’re not careful. You need the right information and advice."
Following the presentation, attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions related to the topics covered, and the evening will conclude with an informal cocktail reception.
The tour follows a presentation and attendance at the International Living Live & Invest Overseas Conference in Las Vegas this coming September 16-18, 2010.
