As a networking organization, we help our members develop business contacts. We sponsor social and business functions to provide local members with opportunities to network with different businesses and international associations and to exchange ideas and information with business leaders, officials and trade and export experts.

Solidement établie dans l'Etat de Washington depuis 1986, la FACC souhaite développer ses activités dans l'Oregon et à Portland pour mieux remplir sa mission de mise en relation entre les communautés françaises et américaines dans tout le Pacifique Nord-ouest. Favoriser les contacts et les échanges entre les entrepreneurs et professionnels français spécifiquement de l'Oregon semble essentiel.   
Le développement d'un tel réseau professionnel et amical permettra la tenue d'événements locaux tels que networking events, conférences, ..., pour des liens plus étroits avec le Pacifique Nord-ouest!

2011 FACC Annual Meeting

Alan Merkle, President, and the Board of Directors of the French-American Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce the 2011 Annual Meeting featuring Keynote Speaker Rogers Weed, Director of the Washington State Department of Commerce, in addition to Malcolm Grothe, Executive Dean of the South Seattle Community College.  The theme of the presentation was the Washington State Governor Chris Gregoire's June 2011 Mission to France and Germany. The FACC is pleased to be involved with the planning and logistics of this trip.

Members and people who are less familiar with the organization had the opportunity to get an overview of upcoming FACC projects and events to take place in 2011.

FareStart is a culinary job training and placement program center for homeless and disadvantaged individuals. Over the past 19 years, FareStart has provided opportunities for nearly 5,000 people to transform their lives.

By hosting this event with FareStart, the FACC also helped a local community program.

Our quarterly informal and relaxed wine tasting events are a great way for people to strengthen their relationship with the French-American community. Some members are also given the opportunity to promote their firm, activities and past professional experiences.
