
Created in 1986, the French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest has 3 principle objectives:
- Promote the French-American business community in the Pacific Northwest region.
- Support French companies wishing to set up their operations in the Northwest.
- Facilitate the development of trade relations between French and Americans with their trade needs.
The Pacific Northwest Branch is one of 21 chapters of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in the United States of America. It is an independent non-profit organization.
Networks
The FACC is the principal forum in the Pacific Northwest for French and American business leaders to interact. It allows them to meet, discuss common interests and exchange ideas. It helps to promote and to connect businesses and individuals through industry-specific seminars, keynote speaker presentations and networking activities at various breakfast, luncheon and evening events.

The FACC is part of a greater business network. The FACC is a part of the UCCIFE, and the FACC network in the United States. It has an active working relationship with several state agencies in Massachusetts, and other foreign Business Councils (British, German, Swedish, Swiss, etc). It also maintains correspondence with political and economic bodies in France.

Each year, the FACC is invited by the different Chambers of Commerce in France to inform about the regional economy, business opportunities and members activities.
