Warwick Seattle Hotel is excited to announce that we will begin Phase III of our guestroom and corridor renovation on October 22, 2012.  Phase III will encompass new carpeting, paint, furniture, fixtures, window treatments, artwork, and accessories. Each new room will be outfitted with Serta plush bedding sets, thirty-seven inch flat-screen LCD televisions, iPod docking stations, upgraded lighting, and semi-rain shower heads. All rooms with two full size beds will be upgraded to feature two queen beds.  Initial projections have a completion date of December 21, 2012.
