Chef Orphée, A French born in Paris, Orphée was hit by a "revelation" at the age of 13 : "Become a Pastry Chef !" He started his apprenticeship the following year in Culinary School & Hospitality Management in Paris.

Continuing his training for two more years with the craftsman, President of the "Compagnons du Devoir", Laurent Bonneau, in the 16th arrondissement district, he taught him the basics of the business and inspired his passion which has flourished into an exciting career around the world.

Triple graduate in Bakery and Pastry, he first joined the Palace "Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme" in 2013.

As his career began to take off he joined the team of Chef Christophe Michalack, who holds the title the World Pastry Champion, under the direction of Chef Jean-Marie Hiblot and Chef Alain Ducasse. This team was responsible for the reopening of the Palace “Plaza Athénée” group Dorchester Collection, avenue Montaigne in 2014, which launched with great success.

In 2015, he was asked to participate in the opening of "Mademoiselle Colette" in the San Francisco, a start-up dedicated to high-end French pastry. This was the first business venture where he was not only the Executive Chef, but a Business Partner as well. His experience and knowledge brings excitement to new locations that showcase the ambiance, quality and rival the best pastry houses in France. In 2019, Chef Orphée brings more than 10 years of experience to : “L'Experience Paris”, “Cépaé Testing Room”, “Cépaé Catering” and “Neema Bakery” as Executive Chef for the group in USA.
