Le Networking in Portland Draws Large Crowd

This Tuesday, August 20th, thirty-five people attended the FACC-PNW Le Networking event at Cerulean Wine Bar in the Pearl in Portland. Attendees represented business interests in aerospace, technology, film/media, wine, education, specialty retail, and many other sectors. FACC-PNW Board Member and Verbio Group CEO Virginia Joplin, who lead a popular ice-breaker during the first part of the event, called it "a very good turnout." The special guest at the event was Jack Cowan, the Executive Director of the FACC-PNW and the honorary consul of France for Washington State.

Often branded in invitations as "networking with a French twist," Le Networking aspires to connect Francophones and Francophiles in the Pacific Northwest. This event was co-sponsored by the Alliance Française de Portland and is part of a series of Le Networking events hosted in Portland on a quarterly basis. These events are advertised in our monthly e-newsletters, on our social media, and on event websites such as Eventbrite and NextDoor. If you are interested in being notified about the next Portland event, please email info@faccpnw.org.

Recommendation: we set a target date now for next quarterly event in Portland, so we can tell participants when/what to expect next time.

Although the date for the next Le Networking event in Portland is not yet finalized, consider attending one of these upcoming events related to international trade:
