Lisa Druesdow is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Manolin, LLC, a strategic advisory firm helping aerospace, defense, and emerging technology companies navigate complex regulatory requirements, strengthen supply chain resilience, and improve operational performance.
Lisa brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in the aerospace industry, where she held senior leadership roles spanning global trade compliance, program management, supply chain, environment, health & safety (EHS) and business operations. Her broad operational background enables her to develop solutions that are not only compliant with regulatory requirements but also practical, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Early in her career, Lisa supported the Boeing 747 program in Industrial Engineering, developing expertise in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and Lean principles. She later advanced into leadership positions with increasing responsibility for global program execution, operational oversight, and global supply chain management. She led the operational performance of international suppliers supporting major aircraft structures, systems, and avionics, ensuring supplier performance, operational excellence, risk mitigation, and alignment with program objectives. Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional initiatives to strengthen governance, improve business performance, reduce enterprise risk, and support highly complex global aerospace programs. This diverse experience provides her with a deep understanding of how engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and regulatory functions intersect to drive business success.
Lisa earned an Executive MBA in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, where she completed residency programs in Europe and China. She also obtained Lean Certification through Shingijutsu Corporation in Japan, an internationally recognized leader in Lean transformation and the Toyota Production System. These immersive international experiences provided firsthand insight into global manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and cross-border business operations. This expansive perspective compliments her extensive industry experience and enables her to advise organizations operating globally.
