The Seattle-based Executive Director of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest, Jack A. Cowan, joins with the Alliance Française of Portland to hold a networking event on Wednesday, August 8, 2018. The event will be at Cerulean Wine Bar (1439 NW Marshall St.) in the Pearl at 6pm. The event is free and open to all persons interested in networking for business between U.S. and France (in either direction) and in either English or French.
