Pâtisserie Mon Amour is delighted to present its first in person event in Seattle: an exceptional Paris–Brest Masterclass led by Chef Renaud LacipièreFounder of The French Guys, hosted inside their production atelier in SoDo.

 

For the very first time, two of our FACC PNW Members - The French Guys and Pâtisserie Mon Amour - join forces in opening the doors of a space usually closed to the public, for three immersive hours during which you will create a classic Paris-Brest filled with hazelnut praliné, a true icon of French pastry.

 

Guided step by step by the Chef, you will master every essential stage of pâte à choux preparation, from mixing and baking to piping and final assembly.

 

Chef Renaud also has a surprise in store, with an exclusive variation of the Paris-Brest that will be revealed on the day of the masterclass.

 

The experience continues with a guided behind the scenes tour of the production atelier, offering a rare look into the daily work and craftsmanship of professional pastry artisans.

 

This gourmet interlude concludes with a tasting of the pastries created during the class, accompanied by a glass of fine French Champagne. You will leave with your own Paris–Brest to enjoy at home.
