A breakout hit in France: "The Money Maker" is the first French film of 2026 to cross the 1M+ admissions mark.

Based on the true story of Jan Bojarski, known as the “Cézanne of counterfeit money,” the film is directed by Jean-Paul Salomé, ("La Syndicaliste", "Les femmes de l'ombre", "La Daronne" ) who stages this pursuit as a contemporary Western duel.
