Previously known as "Beaujolais Nouveau", the FACC-PNW Wine Festival is taking place once again on Friday, November 17 2023 at the prestigious Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Seattle. Purchasing a ticket allows you to enjoy tastings from fine beverage vendors including Cépaé, Résonance, Princess & Bear, French Cider and Spirits, Global Spirits & Wine, Bonneté C.I., Petit Monde Wine Merchant, Hedges Family Estate, and Westland Distillery. You can also sample delicious food including Mussels from Penn Cove, Snails from White Toque, Smoked salmon & salmon mousse from Gérard & Dominique Seafoods, Hot smoked steelhead and oysters from Pacific Seafood, Charcuterie and pâtés from Fabrique Délices, Baguettes from Macrina Bakery and Bakery Nouveau, and Cheeses from Peterson Cheese, Lactalis Group, and Interval Export.
Those looking for the ultimate experience can purchase VIP tickets for access to all these as well as Champagne and wine from Ponzi Vineyards and fine food from Foie Gras Gourmet, Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Seattle, L'Experience Paris, Fran's Chocolates and Pays Provencal and Wild Peaks Chocolates for the VIP gifts.
