MISSION STATEMENT AND OBJECTIVES

ABOUT 

The FACCPNW’s Women’s Advancement, Visibility and Empowerment (WAVE) Collective aims to empower French-speaking and Francophile women in the PNW to achieve professional fulfillment by nurturing a network of members who share, champion and advocate for each other.
The Collective welcomes women at all stages of their careers: prospective and recent graduates, young professionals, women on temporary career break and looking to return to the workforce, entrepreneurs, business owners, senior executives and retired women interested in mentoring.

WHAT WE DO 

Through various initiatives and events throughout the year, we provide our members with a forum and a community to:

• Connect and build meaningful relationships within a vibrant community of women, leading to new business opportunities   
• Acquire new skills, tools and valuable knowledge from fellow members, experienced mentors, and guest experts through our mentoring program and workshops to achieve their full potential
• Support and champion each other to navigate change, overcome multicultural challenges and gender bias, nurturing personal and professional growth
