BOOOM! Comic Arts Festival by Made in France (online event from November 5 onwards)

5 November 2021

FEN (France Education Northwest) is very proud to partner with the 2nd Comic Arts Festival, BOOOM! by Made in France. This event is sponsored by Jean Bastide, the illustrator of the Boule & Bill and Idéfix series.

The guest of honor for the 2021 edition is French cartoonist Pascal Gros. The festival celebrates the 9th art and revolves around three themes: Press Cartoon, Western and Francophonie. BOOOM! features meetings with cartoonists Nadia Khiari from Tunisia, Damien Glez from Burkina Faso or Jacques Goldstyn from Canada. Workshops will also be led by comic arts artists such as Claire Bouilhac, Laetitia Loryn, Matthieu Blanchin, Béka, Sandrine Revel, Laurent Astier or even Julien Paré-Sorel.
