Christmas 2016 Cooking Class: Bûche de Noël

Attendees celebrated the holidays with three renowned French Chefs—Jacques Boiroux, Dominique Place, and Pierre Fauvet.

Each of the three Chefs presented a portion of the menu in this very special cooking class.
