Chef Riccardo returns for second year at Beaujolais Nouveau Wine Festival

In 2018, Beaujolais Nouveau Wine Festival guests were blown away by the delicious creations envisioned for them by Chef Riccardo. A new member of the Columbia Tower Club Team at the time, it was his first year participating in the festival. A master of classic French flavors and traditional delights, his food quickly won over the hearts of all in attendance.
