Summer 2018 Cooking Class: Moroccan-Inspired Summer Barbeque

In this 3 hour cooking class, attendees learned you how to make Coquilles Saint-Jacques, Lamb Méchoui, and Far Breton cake.

A lucky group attended a Moroccan Inspired Summer BBQ at Chef Jacques Boiroux's home on August 10, 2018 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. In this 3 hour cooking class, attendees learned you how to make Coquilles Saint-Jacques, Lamb Méchoui, and Far Breton cake. After working hard to prepare their delicious meal, the attendees got to enjoy their food outside under the warm Seattle sun, expertly paired with wines chosen by the Chef. At the end of the evening, attendees left with a French-themed apron, full stomachs, and the night's recipes on a USB key.
