Six North American locations – from the Pacific NW to the southeast U.S. – serve four divisions: Aircraft; Industry; Industrial Service & Logistics.

With locations in some 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners. It has approximately 14,000 employees for a revenue of 1.8 billion euros in 2024.

Daher’s presence in North America is aligned with the family-owned company’s strategic goal of being a Tier-1 supplier to the U.S. aerospace sector, as well as increasing the percentage of U.S. content in its products and services offered for this market.

Daher has an important presence in the Pacific Northwest’s aerospace industry with the production of Kodiak aircraft at Sandpoint, Idaho. The “go anywhere” turboprop-powered Kodiaks are operated around the world in applications that range from humanitarian support and disaster relief to medical airlift, environmental monitoring, public safety and wildfire control – along with their use by businesses and private owners. Kodiaks are produced in two versions by the Daher Aircraft division at Sandpoint: the cornerstone Kodiak 100, which entered service in 2008; and the larger, faster Kodiak 900, unveiled by Daher in 2022. In meeting the growing demand for these aircraft since Daher’s 2019 acquisition of the Kodiak product line, the company has increased its output at Sandpoint – with parallel final assembly lines now in operation for the Kodiak 100 and Kodiak 900. Daher’s industrial improvements at Sandpoint also included the $2.7 million investment in a 9,000-sq-ft. aircraft painting facility to streamline the overall production process.
